The original meaning of the Latin phrase, mens sana corpore sano, was to pray - to have a healthy mind - fending off a balanced spirit in a healthy body. Although currently, the meaning is adapted to "cultivate the body", such as meditation and cognitive exercises, which results in a healthy mind.

In the same way that an athlete needs a structured physical routine that is accompanied by a good diet that provides them with the necessary nutrients to achieve their maximum performance, it must also be linked to a third key: mental fitness.

But what is mental fitness? It is the set of activities that aim to improve the cognitive activities of people. It also helps combat stress and anxiety.

An advantage of the third key is that it is not necessary to travel to a specialized center since you can practice it from the comfort of your home, spending only 15 or 20 minutes a day. Here are some tips to start putting it into practice:
